Meghan Trainor performs for Pride week in DC

Showing their strength in numbers and an unwillingness to be bullied, hundreds of thousands of members of the LGBTA community still attended events around the nation. After hearing the news of a "pride week nightclub" having a mass shooting the night before, Meghan Trainor still wanted to perform. Taking the stage in Washington DC Trainor performed one fan favorite hit song after another allowing the crowd to temporarily focus on a happier tone than the details being reported from Orlando.
